About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, join the Zood community, apply for private coaching or book a 1-on-1 consultation. Zood is run by Vishal Zood, based in Australia. By using the site or our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The membership
- Membership gives you access to all the Zood topics, the community and live calls. The community is hosted on Skool, and you will also need to follow Skool's own terms.
- Membership is planned at $49 per month. We will tell waitlist members the final price and launch date before the community opens. We may change the price in future and will give notice before it applies to you.
- Lessons are in Hindi. We may add, change or retire topics and lessons over time.
- Your account is for you only. Please do not share your login or copy and resell the lessons.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time, and there is no lock-in contract. Cancelling stops future charges. Payments already made are not refunded. This does not limit any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Trading Journal and other digital products
- The ZOOD Advance Trading Journal is a digital Excel product. It costs $29 as a one-time payment, taken securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- You get the journal and a demo version, which you can download straight after paying and again from the link we email you.
- It comes with a personal, single-user licence. You may use it for your own journal and keep backups, but you may not share, resell, publish or distribute it.
- Because it is a digital product delivered straight away, all sales are final and there are no refunds. This does not limit any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
- It is a record-keeping and analysis tool only. Please read our Disclaimer.
Private coaching
- Private coaching is by application. Sending an application does not guarantee you a place, and we may decline an application for any reason.
- If an application looks like a good fit, we will contact you with next steps to book a call.
- Coaching is guidance and education. Your progress depends on your own effort, and we cannot promise any result.
1-on-1 consultations
- A consultation is a single one-to-one call about a specific question or decision.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked call. You can do this from the link in your booking confirmation.
- If a fee applies, it is not refundable once the consultation has been held.
- We will not record a call or share what you tell us without your permission.
Community rules
Be respectful. Do not harass others, post spam, share illegal or harmful content, or give trade tips or buy and sell calls in the community. We may remove content or members who break these rules, without refund.
Our content
The lessons, videos, text, logo and other material on Zood belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, share or sell them without our written permission.
No advice
Zood is for education only. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide the site and services with reasonable care, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the content or from decisions you make. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and contact
