Who we are
Zood is an online community run by Vishal Zood, based in Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Zood. You can contact us at coachvishalzood@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, email address and the topic that interests you most.
- Private coaching application: your name, age, location, occupation or business, the type of coaching you want, a description of what you want help with, your phone number and your email address.
- Consultation booking: when you book through Cal.com, they collect the details you enter there, such as your name, email and time zone.
- Emails you send us: anything you choose to include.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and tell you when Zood opens.
- To review your coaching application and contact you about next steps.
- To send you a confirmation email after you submit a form.
- To answer your questions and run the community and services you sign up for.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles your information
We use trusted services to run Zood. They process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Resend sends our emails, including form notifications and confirmations.
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Cal.com handles consultation bookings.
- Skool hosts the community and membership, including payments, once you join.
Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. By using the site you understand your information may be processed in those places.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time. Email us at coachvishalzood@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and you may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using HTTPS and limiting who can see form submissions. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send information you are not comfortable sharing.
Children
Zood is not directed at children under 16. Please do not submit your details if you are under 16 without a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
